Right of Return

A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Introduction

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before it expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the most economical standard shipping we offer), as soon as possible and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever comes first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline will be deemed met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling not necessary to verify their quality, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is determined by an individual selection or decision by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to their personal needs.
