1. What are candles made of?

Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and wooden wicks that provide a soft, cozy crackle.

2. How long does a candle last?

It depends on the size, but on average between 1 and 18 hours of clean and sustainable combustion.

3. How should I care for my candle to make it last longer?

Let the entire surface melt before extinguishing the first time. Keep the wick about 3-5 mm long for an even flame.

4. Are candles safe?

Yes, as long as you follow the basic recommendations: don't leave them on unattended, keep them away from children, pets, and drafts.

5. How far can I burn my candle?

For your safety, it's important not to let the candle burn down to the bottom of the container. When the flame reaches the base, the heat can damage or crack the cement container, and even ignite the wooden bowl. We recommend extinguishing it when there's about 1 cm of wax left to avoid risks.

1. What are wax melts?

They are wickless pieces of aromatic soy wax that melt in a burner to fill your home with fragrance.

2. How long does a wax melt last?

Each piece can provide fragrance for 4 to 8 hours, depending on the size of the space and the intensity of the fragrance.

3. Do I need a special burner?

Yes, you can use a ceramic tea light burner.

4. How do I change the used wax melt?

When the fragrance fades, let the wax cool and carefully remove it. Then, replace it with a new piece to continue enjoying it.
